1. Application Purpose
The Z Construction Project Management Integration is an internal business application operated by Z Construction LLC.
It is intended to support construction project financial reporting by integrating authorized QuickBooks Online information with Microsoft 365.
2. Authorized Users
This application is intended exclusively for authorized Z Construction LLC personnel.
It is not offered for public registration, commercial subscription, or use by unrelated businesses.
3. QuickBooks Authorization
Access to QuickBooks Online information requires authorization from an authorized administrator of the applicable QuickBooks company.
The integration is intended to retrieve accounting information necessary for project cost tracking, budgeting, and reconciliation.
4. Financial Information
Information displayed by the application is intended to support internal project management.
Z Construction LLC remains responsible for reviewing and reconciling financial information against its official accounting records.
The application is not intended to replace QuickBooks Online as the company's accounting system of record.
5. Access and Security
Authorized users are expected to protect their account credentials and access company financial information only for legitimate business purposes.
Unauthorized disclosure, modification, or use of company financial information is prohibited.
6. Service Availability
Application functionality may be affected by maintenance, service interruptions, changes to third-party services, or integration errors.
Z Construction LLC may modify or discontinue internal application functionality as needed.
7. Third-Party Services
The application is intended to interact with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, and Cloudflare.
Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
8. Termination of Access
Z Construction LLC may revoke internal application access when an individual no longer requires it for authorized business purposes.
QuickBooks authorization may be revoked through applicable Intuit account management controls.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application's functionality, operation, or applicable requirements.
